Robin Hendrickson 1963 – 2025

Robin Elizabeth Hendrickson passed away on July 6, 2025, at her home in Menahga, Minn. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at 11 a.m. at First English Lutheran Church in Menahga.
Robin was born on March 25, 1963, to Lawrence Robert and Sharon Nellie (Karjala) Sorenson at St Joseph’s Hospital in Park Rapids, Minn.
Robin attended elementary schools in Menahga, Anoka, and Robbinsdale school districts in MN and graduated from Menahga High School. After graduation Robin was a contestant in the Miss Menahga pageant and was crowned queen that year.
Robin raised three children: Dustin, Ryan and Nicole Berttunen in Menahga. Robin married Lee Hendrickson Sept. 18, 1999. She and Lee were involved in a variety of business ventures during their marriage.
Robin was truly a jack of all trades. She was never afraid to try something new. Robin was especially gifted when it came to decorating and remodeling homes. Robin enjoyed traveling, Arizona being her favorite destination. For relaxation closer to home, the river is where she found peace and comfort. Time spent with Lee, her kids and grandkids was never wasted.
Robin is survived by her husband Lee Hendrickson; her children: Ryan and Nicole Berttunen, and her grandchildren: Avery, Easton, and Oaklynn; her sister Charilyn Knosalla, one niece Jessica (Rich) Laundreaux; two nephews: Nick and Mitch Knosalla, as well as numerous aunts and cousins. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, many will remember all those heartfelt conversations shared with Robin.
Robin was preceded in death by her son Dustin, parents Hank and Sharon Tate, Lawrence Sorenson and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
