NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF LOST WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
     Notice by publication is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in the above-named Court at the Wadena County Courthouse, 415 Jefferson Street South, Minnesota, 56482, for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the Lost Will of the above-named decedent, and for the appointment of James Weeks whose address is 62 Olde Canterbury Road, Northwood, New Hampshire 03261, as Personal Representative of the estate of the above-named decedent in an unsupervised administration. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, said Personal Representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate. Upon completion of the administration, the Personal Representative shall file a Final Account for the allowance and shall distribute the estate to the persons thereunto entitled as ordered by the Court, and close the estate.
     Notice is also given that all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Homestead Notice
Mobile Home Owners
If you owned and occupied your mobile home as of January 2, 2008, you could qualify for homestead. You must file an application form with the County Assessor’s Office in the Wadena County Courthouse. Anyone who qualifies is urged to fill out a homestead application before May 29, 2008 as this is the deadline to receive homestead. Applications may be obtained in the Assessor’s Office.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Date: April 2, 2008
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1.‑Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated April 10, 2007, executed by Darwin B. Anderson and Joan L. Anderson a/k/a Joan Liimataa Anderson, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to the First National Bank of Menahga & Sebeka, as Mortgagee, and filed for record April 11, 2007, as Document Number 218045, in the Office of the County Recorder of Wadena County, Minnesota, and April 17, 2007, as Document Number 1017413 in the Office of the County Recorder of Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2.‑The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A.
3‑The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-three and 16/100ths Dollars ($98,383.16).
4.‑No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
5.‑The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statues.
6.‑At the date of this notice the amount due on the Mortgage, and taxes, if any, paid by the holder of the Mortgage is One Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Six and 86/100ths Dollars ($101,806.86).

9.
